Not many here seem to either. I think my colleague might have scene summat today, he was reading it to me, about Pacquiao wanting the fight. I'm really not as interested in it anymore.
I'd rather it didn't happen to be honest. It'll just be two old men in there, we might as well have Foreman vs Holmes on the undercard whilst we're at it. Floyd wasn't interested after Pacquiao's stunning win over Cotto because he wasn't 100% certain that he'd win. After Pac has obviously declined and been well beaten by Marquez he's all of a sudden bang up for it.
agree with the above, boxing the way its organised allows for these big fights to happen far to late or never. Povetkin can fight chagaev, boswell and huck...make good money without fighting anyone in the top 5...which creates laziness, and lack of evolution for the sport.
Yeah, I think Pacquiao told some media source in the Philipines that he is going to tell Arum that he wants to fight Mayweather.
Great news. If 4 months ain't enough for Pac then what the **** is! Everything Konz, Roach, Arum etc say comes across 100% as delay tactics.
Oh **** it's official!!! And on twitter!!! Whatever happened to "all roads lead to Floyd Mayweather" :think
[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qe-Z7QN_t6M[/ame] Floyd can't really do bad-ass but until he does, it's nothing more than a throw-away line.
I dont think the marquez fight displayed that Pac had declined that much, he became arrogant about walking over marquez and displayed the exact same problems the other 2 times he fought him if it happens its more for the casual fan now anyway than the likes of us but il still look forward to it. i wouldnt be surprised if this was more belly aching from mayweather and something he knows arum will reject without a second thought. it will be interesting if Pacquiao publicly goes against arums wishes and accepts or at least responds positively. old bobs gona look a right bollocks then
i dont know guys i have a feeling the fight happens next week because of this call out. 3 failed negotiations but no call outs till now, you know its serious business now.
