Mayweather TWEET was made today because Mayweather Knew Manny has a meeting with ARUM today! If i read correctly, Manny Said I have a meeting with Bob On Tuesday, and I am going to tell him i want Mayweather!

Mayweather wanted the fight on his terms. A slightly slower Pac was probably one of those terms. Arum is now butthurt that the fight will now have to be on Mayweather's terms rather than his own.

You might be right. I haven't said anything publicly, but from my experience I think Pac might have been on EPO; the stuff Tour de France riders and endurance athletes take to give them super endurance.

It would allow him to consume the 6-7000 calories a day and work out lke a maniac to put on the weight. It's also only detectable through blood tests and within 72 hours of ingestion.
