    Yes. Valero and Monzon too.

Also woman-beaters like Mayweather, Bowe, Braehmer, Sugar Ray Robinson, LaMotta, etc.

that's the truth, you're not telling me anything I dont know. I know MY history very well. doesn't change the sham of an olympics that cast a veil over the rest of the world's eyes concerning the Nazi regime in 1936

there were white americans who didn't agree with systematic segregation and discrimination, and it culminated in mass social upheaval, mostly from blacks but including many whites, during the mid to late 1960's. on the other side, there were germans who didnt agree with the systematic extermination of 6,000,000+ jewish people, including many german jews. what did a few german people do, the failed operation valkyrie? about the closest thing any german citizen did to bringing an end to the Nazi regime. Yes, the EVIL ****ING NAZIS. and since the british coudnt stop hitler's germany or japan alone, the Americans cleaned it up. if you dont believe it, look it up. YES, THE HEROIC ****ING AMERICANS, with the help of a hundred plus thousand, African American soldiers. **** a selective memory, facts are facts. get yours straight. It took the total annihilation of Germany from the ground and air to bring an end to the Nazi regime.

yeah, that undoubtedly happened, and it's a shame. nevertheless, in recent times, there's no greater genocide or crime that comes to memory that is greater than those perpetrated by the Nazi's and the german citizens who chose to do NOTHING ABOUT IT.

Lewis tko6 and also how could this possible be worse than Bowe throwing the belt in a bin rather than fighting Lewis.

First of all America brought Japan to the table with their bull**** sanctions, failed foreign policy etc, there was no need for the Brits to "finish them off".

Second, America only came to the party against the Germans over half way through the war.

Third, America can't take total credit for the Nazi's defeat for the reason above plus the fact the Nazi's beat themselves by marching on Russia. Infact the Russian's are the ones who really broke the Nazi's.

Fourth, Comparing the courage of civil rights activists in a democratic country to people living under one of the most destructive and efficient totalitarian governments the world has seen is just ridiculous.

but thanks for proving our point.

Not the biggest, but certainly a candidate: Antonio Margarito being given a license to fight again after being caught with loaded handwraps. I guess the people who helped get him reinstated didn't bother to watch HBO on 8/1/09 when "Assault in the Ring" aired.

Tbf Bowe offered Lewis $3m which was a career high payday for Lennox, who turned it down because it was a 90/10 split in Bowe's favour. Bowe had accepted a similar deal when he fought Holy to win the titles.

In 94 they were scheduled to fight for the WBC title but Lewis got knocked out by McCall & it never happened.
