Especially in this economy you could have countless construction guys out there working, no excuses

I already conceded on building a stadium for May 5th, it's a good idea.

How about the deep cut, is it possible to speed up the healing of the deep cut?

May 5th has traditionally been a sought after date for boxing with Marquee fighters headlining anywhere from May 4-5-6-7 date.

The May 26th date is really a cop out answer to be honest and the worst part about it is that deep down Pac wants this done and wanted it done years ago but unfortunately he's Arum has done very little to make this happen.

Remember Bob Arum didn't want Floyd Mayweather facing Oscar De la Hoya and if Floyd remained a Top Rank Fighter that fight would have never happened.

    Bottom line:
    Floyd Mayweather wants the fight.
    Manny Pacquiao wants the fight.
Bob Arum doesn't so he's been making excuses like this to save face and create plausible deniability.

How deep is the cut though Arum was talking about Pacquaio vs Marquez for May 5 a few days ago.

Floyd could have served his jail time before fighting on May 5th. He doesn't want that and requested to delay his prison time after his fight. Now you're raising the issue that Floyd might not want to fight a few days before being locked up. He has no choice really. He didn't serve his jail time beforehand.

Floyd can corner, humiliate and kill Arum by accepting the May 26 date. Will he do it?

    - PAC agreed to a lesser share of the purse
    - PAC accepted OSDT
    - PAC stated he wants to fight Floyd next
    - Team PAC wanted a late May date

PAC almost done everything to make the fight.

I hope he does, but honestly he shouldn't have to....but at this point, if I was Floyd I would do it

Will he wouldn't have been fighting in May if it wasn't delay and he has to fight someone how about somewhere in the middle such as the week after May 5/ week before May 26 that will leave time for the arena and Pacqauios cut etc and not a few days before Floyd goes to jail.

I've read it was stitched in 3 layers and required 28 stitches to close. PAC's doctor will allow him to spar only starting April 1st.

It's possible the cut will be good for JMM on May 5 but not necessarily good for Floyd too.

It's understandable. JMM is no Floyd.

And it's really nice to be assured that the deep cut is fully healed and we have a 100% PAC fighting Floyd. A later fight date is always good for a cut than having the fight sooner.
