What the hell are you talking about? Did you take my post to mean American's thought that way at the time of WW2? Because my post related to Americans I have conversed with on the subject personally, which is a great many as I spent many years attached to US military units in my employment. As for the Russia, UK, USA all needed to band together to be the Nazi's. Where did I refute this? I simply wrote that the turning point/defining action of the war was marching on Russia. and I have no anti-American sentiment. I lived there, I worked with Yanks and I'm a fellow native English speaking "Free Worlder" AND I am aware of the ties that bind in the West and our success is due in no small part to the actions of the US.
