Pacquiao still doesn't want the fight, not putting much effort to convince Bob Arum

More people need to start calling Pac out for his bull****. He's big enough to tell Arum who he wants to fight next.

I was just thinking the same thing. How in the hell are you going to run a country when you can't even run your own career.

It's funny you're hating on him for doing what Floyd has done for years.

Floyd proved it, Oscar proved it, JMM proved it, Nonito tried but the fool didn't read his contract....

Pac is afraid of standing up to Arum...

It's like Arum tell his, "Hey little **** face, you leave or make me look bad, and I'll ruin your political career, your legacy, your endorsements and I'll take your ass to the cleaners, you got the little ****??!!!"

I'm no conspiracy theorist and hate when muther****ers come up with nonsense about possible conspiracies in boxing like hatman etc.... but **** I agree with the folks in this thread that say it's starting to seem like Arum has something on Manny. Why else wouldn't Manny just tell him what to do? Manny is Arums boss not vice versa, what Manny says is supposed to go.

It was Pac who walked away from negotiations the 1st time because he didnt want a blood test.

Im going to be honest, its a little cringe worthy for me how fast Pac is going to turn out to the media and public as the side that doesnt want the fight.... sucks too because pac was/is the media darling and was hitting that 'special' level only guys like Hoya and Tyson (and Mayweather I suppose as well) have been on.... but seeing this, and especially if that quote is true.... is just akward and cringeworthy to see such a blatant duck.

I think the mounting pressure from the media and public may be a good thing though. It WILL hurt Pac in the end (from a history perspective) if he doesn't step up, and I think/hope that it sparks him to force ole Arum to make the fight happen.

    I doubt it'll be May 5 though.

The problem is that Arum has the best control anyone can have over someone... DEBT. Pac owes him MILLIONS of dollars and probably papa Arum has done a lot for his political career, that's why he is always talking about making Pac President of the Philipines...
