This whole thing is a shambles and the exact same thing happens each time either fighter is about to announce a fight, we try make it we come close, nevertheless it doesn't get made. What does happen though is the Pacquiao Mayweather locomotive garners up another full head of steam. Just in time for each of they're fights to get as much publicity as possible. I don't know, it's a crazy thought but are Bob Arum and Mayweather etc in cahoots to both make as much money as possible and drag this thing out for as long as they can before it all come crumbling down for one side when the fight eventually does happen...
