I think Manny is easy to manipulate. Manny is probably so desperate for cash that Arum told him that if they build this fictional stadium then he would get an extra 20 mill. This fight is never going to happen, and it is sad that it is because of one man. HBO and Showtime need to exert more power and not allow promoters to just give them crap fights that no one wants to see.
