The stadium excuse is complete horse**** as the ticket prices will go down with the more spectators thus eliminating the benefit of the extra seats. Plus, how can you construct a stadium in four months and have it zoned, approved, licensed, etc? It's impossible. This is why Mayweather-Marquez and the 10,000 paid fans at MGM did a better live gate than Pac-Clottey and Pac-Margarito at Cowboy stadium. This is also why the biggest live gates in boxing history have always been at MGM. This is just another excuse and duck attempt from Arum and Pacquiao.
Duck duck duck. There is no bidding. Everyone knows the live gate at MGM will be 20MM for the fight. 50/50 split is agreed to as is drug testing supposedly. Just say yes and the lawyers will draft it up. Arum is putting on a smoke show for you Pacquiao fruits to save some of your fragile dignity.
This is why they were looking into the Dallas as a site for the fight in the first negotiations, and things went awry once GBP and Mayweather's camp didn't try to consider it. This **** is not as cut and dry as people would like to think. No doubt, these two probably want to fight. There is just more to it (MONEY AND PEOPLE WANTING THEIR CUT) than just the two fighters wanting to fight.

People will pay a left nut, I paid a left nut to see Marquez-Pac III and the seats were pretty shitty. And I bought them the day they went on sale via Ticketmaster, there were people who made more that came from Mexico and Phillipines watch fight.

I live in Orange County, CA and am willing to pay $500-$1000 for a seat to this fight. I know it won't be great, but it won't be in the back row either. Plenty of people in LA and OC can pay several times that. Plus, people from all over the world will fly in for this fight. If he sells 1000 prime seats for $10000 a piece, that's $10 mil. Another 2000 near prime seats go for $5000 a pop and that's another $10 mil. If the other 15,000 tickets average 500 per seat, that's $7.5 million. I can see an extra $25-$30 million easily.
