Mayweather vs Guerrero would be nothing short of a disaster.

It will make Mayweather Ortiz look like SRL vs Hearns in comparison. Guerrero just isn't ready to jump up two weight divisions and beat a fighter like Mayweather and Floyd with only a couple of fights (at best) left in him is wasting one of them fighting a no hoper (as much as I like Guerrero.) Both Canelo and Cotto would be better then this farce, the judge should reverse his/her decision and send him the **** back to prison if this fight gets confirmed. :-(

Agreed, would be very disappointed if floyd chooses to fight guerrero.

You think Guerrero has more of a chance then Canelo?

He's been looking great since he came back and could be dominant from 135-140 but against an absolute elite 147 fighter it's a step too far and could damage his career in the long run.

Agreed he has no chance against mayweather. But I still think he could beat some of the best at 140.

it would be cool if he had one of those Pac-oscar type victories though. That's not happening, but he is at least "as tall" or taller than mayweather, maybe he'll be strong at the high weight. Would love for somebody like Guerrero to just upset the apple cart and demystify Floyd's "perfection"
