Yeah and? We're not talking about official negotiations here, at the very least it's the attempt to make one happen. And as so far, it is Pacquiao who appears to be doing more by sending his personal advisor to reach out to Floyd. And it doesn't take away from the notion that Floyd's looking like a total douche right about now spouting his **** with having seemingly no intention to get that fight made. He might as well be your typical ESB keyboard warrior. If you think about it rationally, it's probably a strategic PR move. And it's obviously working because there's people like you who buy in to this notion that Pac must be ducking so hey it's ok for Floyd to fight another no-hoper in the meanwhile.

Scar..... Let's be honest here. BOTH sides would do themselves a favor by keeping their mouths shut. BOTH sides have been somewhat, shall we say, inconsistent with what they say. Fans on both sides are cherry picking what they want to believe as 'THE' truth. Myself, I've narrowed it down to Money Mays peep Nate who said this fight can't be made by May 5. He talks to MM frequently seems to be level headed. He has no need to posture and only looks bad if he gets used in all of this. But yeah, this TS seems to be an exceptional tool.
