He ran and through punches that wouldn't even KO a featherweight, he boxed well but he didn't look all that impressive
he schooled kotelnik, who definitely isnt an easy fight for anyone in the division, regardless of how it might have looked to you its actually one of his best victories in my opinion.
He ran for his dear life. Never have I seen a more scared fighter throwing slaps and arm punches at someone 5 inches shorter than him.
yeah he really ran.... [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nykhkiL5ah0&feature=relmfu[/ame] winning 12 rounds too...
true about the connect rate but timing nothing..winky is no counter puncher or even a hard enough puncher to disrupt the combinations paul was throwing at him..it would be the same 100 out of 100 times...winky did have issues with volume punchers..sam soliman did the same thing to him and could have beaten him had he not lost steam in the championship rounds
He didn't do all that well, style advantage and he didn't sit down on a single punch, i had it 118-110, not a schooling like someone else said - just a good win, but khan didn't look good
I'm not saying that, but mainly anyone would struggle with Mccloskey's style. He's beatable we know, but still, the point stands. I offered his name into the discussion, cause it's a bit different from the obvious names (Hopkins, FMJ etc.)
