Top Rank in that top 10 list only has Cotto & Martirosyan. Tho Star Boxing from NY who promote Delvin Rodriguez could make a fight easy as they have a close working relationship with Top Rank. Of the rest Alvarez, Kirkland & Lara are with Golden Boy, Paul Williams with Dan Goossen, Bundrage is with useless Don King.
