Anyone have a rough idea of what they get up to training wise in the High performance Unit?

Reading Egan's book at the mo and he's raving about it!

Seriously Waldron has been not only beaten but stopped in his last four fights how in the name of the good dude does he qualify for an Irish title,No disrespect to the man but the BUI should not sanction this.

Paddy Mcdonagh would want to get a move on with his training.I was at a sparring session today and he got beat to death by an amateur.

He is Mush but at the same time Mcdonagh had serious problems with hand-speed and just ability and there's 2 stone weight difference I suppose.Point taken

Lads speaking of Con Sheehan, do you remember reading in Kenny Egans book about himself and Egan going to Oktoberfest, and entering some boxing match while they were on the bear? Sheehan was about half a round in the ring before he had yer man covered in blood:lol:
