it would be a win-win solution. floyd's lawyer can ask for an additional days of jail deferment and they can argue that their opponent is not available until may 26th. they got the fight and they would go to jail in a later date.
Manny looked like **** because he fought someone who STYLEWISE didn't match well with him...... same style Floyd has..... same style that drew and lost a close decision to Manny when Marquez used it at 126 and 130. SO now because he looked bad against the same guy he's past it and shot? Guess he's been shot since the first Marquez fight at featherweight.

1. The next time Floyd can try and push his jail sentence back is June 1st the day he goes to court. He cant make a earlier court date for the purpose of trying to delay his next court date. 2. There is no guarantee that the judge will push it back chances are he's going in no matter what and even if it was a 50-50 chance is it worth the risk. 3. Are these things that should be on this guys mind before the biggest fight of his life? May 5th was fine when Arum wanted JMM-Pac 4 on that date so why is it nt good when Floyd wants to fight on that date?
Then why is Arum not calling him out on it and watch Floyd back down? Twitter and facebook in todays world is bigger then the News so him calling him out on there it spread and now everyone knows it....... mission accomplished. You actards are so worried about what Floyd's doing but have no answers about what Manny and Arum are doing. They are letting Floyd get the media on his side instead of calling his bluff....... because they are scared its not a bluff.
pacquiao has not exactly backed down. he said to get on with the fight with 50/50 split and a later date than may 5th.
the purpose of the delay deferment is to give vegas an economic boost from his fights. if floyd is just an ordinary person, he would not get the deferment. may 5th is doomed to fail since it was set without consulting the other party which they thin that they would be ready around 3 weeks later. what is 3 weeks compared to 2 years that floyd has let this fight drag for that long time?
The majority of fans...hardcore and general sports fans still see Floyd as the one ducking and still calling him a coward or *****. I don't think Floyd is scared....but I know he's not trying to make this fight by his recent actions. To really TRY in making a fight of this magnitude you don't start the process off with ultimatums, demands and outlandish accusations. All of which Floyd has accomplished in his many tries at "negotiating" (if you want to call it that) the fight with PAC's team.... Bob is no better than Floyd as he's had some very interesting tactics in negotiating this fight for his top fighter. In order for us to see this fight we're going to have to see the two men at the center of the debate hash out the details of their fight together. Where both men will have an equal voice and have equal say in all the particulars of this event ... i.e. venue, purse, ring size ect...ectl... ect.. Will we see these two sit down to negotiate the proper way?:think I'm not holding my breath.
