    Tell me this, because Bute can stop Ward to the Body with one punch at any time.

    How does Ward cope?

    Ward is fantastic at smothering punches and working on the inside while keeping the opponent from working. I doubt Bute will get off that many devastating body punches. Ward is also in fantastic shape. If he does take a big body shot, he'll get up and not get hit by the same punch again.

    And counter punching him and mauling him. Bute won't be able to get off on Ward like he has his recent opponents. It should be a very good, competitive fight but I think Ward will be able to frustrate and nullify Bute's offense enough to get the W.

    Ward takes Bute to boxing school: distance, holding, counter-punching, and the best jab Bute has ever encountered by a mile. The bigger question is, can Bute get past Froch?

    He would be down.

    We already know he has a soft chin. So he would be open for a solid body shot that could end the fight anytime.

    Fighters like ward don't have to deal with body shots often because of the counter punching. Body work is a must however it leaves you the most open.

    Probably by headbutting and elbowing with impugnity as his handpicked ref looks on with indifference.

    Ward is great with distance, Bute is great with timing. Ward should be very careful when he's taking the fight inside. He has nice chances of beating Bute on the inside as Bute is not as good as Ward at this but he must be very careful not to "force" the inside game. I mean he should, in no way, rush to push Bute into the cords or **** like that. He must be very careful with that.
    Ward is pretty tough physically so I don't think he will have a problem with accumulated body punches. But there are two things that might happen here:
    1) There's always the risk of a one-body-punch KO, like in Andrade II;
    2) Ward will be forced to adapt if he gets hit often to the body and that would make him lose momentum.

    By far the best way to beat Bute will be on the outside as Ward's long-reach jab is better than Bute's. Ward is impressive in that departement. He leans a lot in a way that he can not get hit, strikes and instantly gets back to his position. Using those angles Ward targets mostly the body so I think Bute must protect his body better than before.

    What I can guarantee is that Ward vs. Bute won't be linear (like Ward vs. Froch). If one fighter feels he's behind on points he will take great risks. And when any of these two great fighters do that then the match could change in an instant.
    Bute must be much more agresive with Ward. He used to wait until his "pray" became weak but he changed that with Glen. That's why I say that was Bute's best performance to date, even if he didn't KO Glen. He showed that, if needed, he can be agresive.

    Exactly if Froch KTFO of Bute, this whole scenario is irrelevant. Ask the question again once/if Bute gets past Froch

    Omg are you serious right now? None of bute fights could give you insight for a fight with ward because no one has been close to as good or skillful.

    By moving up to LHW fight that old man who don't fight fast, hard, or with fury. Then he'll defend against Bclass guys like Enzo, Allan Green(what a great fight for Ward):lol::lol::lol:,Bellew and Murat.:-(

    That's how ward handles Bute altogether. He runs and hides from him, then get his GOON to sue anyone who publicly calls him out.:tired:tired:tired
