Be honest with your self if not nobody else this soap opera has been going on for how long now, and when floyd demands something in negotiation, OSDT, he's putting up road blocks and ducking, when Team Pac, since pac does nothing for him self in negotiations, demands something, $10mil per pound(which was agreed to immediately, floyds ducking him. But as stated by Floyd and most boxing fans in general Bob Arum is holding this fight up because he doesn't want his cash cow to lose period

After floyd posted that on twitter Arums exact words were "Mayweather need to let me no he can fight on the June 9th and then we can negotiate" when he knows damn well floyd turns himself in on June 1st So you can stop trying to protect the Entire Team Pac when they have put out a different excuse in the media damn near everyday since floyd got his date pushed back and made that tweet
