SO AGAIN-STOP WAISTING EVERYONE'S TIME WITH THIS LAWSUIT AND DROP IT-THEN MAKE THE BIGGEST FIGHT OUT IN BOXING-

THEN THEY USE "JMM 4" AS AN EXCUSE NOT TO FIGHT FLOYD-PUBLIC DOESN'T REALLY BUY IT THOUGH-

Now they have the ultimate excuse in "a lawsuit"...they should drop the lawsuit and fight-what was said was said to build up a fight-had Pac AGREED TO THE TESTS THEN (WHICH HE SHOULD HAVE DONE) then the fight woulda been made-

It is clear that this is a manufactured lawsuit put up to continue to duck Floyd-:dealIt's being used as a barrier for Team Pacquiao,not to make the fight.

 

SDS, if the lawsuit is bogus then it will fail at the courts and Floyd has nothing to worry about.

Don't see anything much for Floyd-It's boxing and its being used to build a fight-I'm sure they can complex that and give it to the judge.

There is no reason Floyd should ever have accused Pac of being on steroids and then strong armed him into taking tests that he didn't wanna take above and beyond the regular tests. That was the true barrier to the fight. The lawsuit stemmed from that little ***** move right there. That is the whole reason the ****ing fight hasn't happened 2 years ago.

Ask Schaefer what he thinks about accusations and test demands like that. See the Judah-Mosley build up.

Even ****ing Golden Boy settled with Pac.

If Pac drops his lawsuit he is nuts. Make the fight happen, lawsuit or no lawsuit.

What's the point of dropping the lawsuit if Arum damn well knows before June 1rst it cannot be made? He's just trying to act the goodguy to convince people he's not the one to blame, he made an offer that even if he wanted to Floyd couldn't accept, and Arum use that as an excuse. I do agree Floyd ****ed up because of what.he said now its comeback to bite him in the ass.

How would he know he was wrong, what gives you the idea Manny isn't juicing, outside of "I just don't want to believe it"? Manny can produce the records of the doctors he's seen, the treatments administered, etc and we will see if in fact "he's clean". I don't expect him to do so, and will end up dropping the lawsuit regardless, so to act as if it's a huge component of negotiations is lip service. The reason Arum is so willing (with Pac's consent) to drop the lawsuit, "just to make the fight" is because they don't want to surrender all this information and allow Floyd's legal team to go through it to this degree. I'm not saying Manny's juicing, but I don't know how anyone can flatly say he's not either, there are very few people who know anything for sure on this issue.
