    Arum is quoted as saying-

"IF MAYWEATHER REALLY WANTS THE PACQUIAO FIGHT, WE WILL DROP THE DEFAMATION LAWSUIT"

SO IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER WHAT FLOYD WANTS-

FLOYD REALLY DOES WANT THE FIGHT

SO WE CAN CONCLUDE FROM ARUM'S STATEMENT THAT,

TEAM PACQUIAO WILL DROP THE DEFAMATION LAWSUIT.

So with Arum's statement, we can now conclude that this fight will get made because it is not even a debate as to WETHER OR NOT THEY SHOULD OR SHOULDN'T DROP THE LAWSUIT-...THE FACT REMAINS THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD-

ARUM, WHO REPRESENTS TEAM PACQUIAO AGREED TO DROP IT SO THATS THAT PRETTY MUCH-...

    MONEY AGREED UPON-

BLOOD TESTS UP UNTIL THE DAY OF

    MAY 5TH AT THE MGM

ARUM STAYS TRUE TO WORD HE GAVE NOV 11TH-LETS SEE.

IF HE DOES, THEN WE CAN HAVE A FIGHT MAY 5TH.

If Floyd is sincere, then this lawsuit should be addressed, and subsequently dropped WHEN THEY NEGOTIATE.

It would be stupid to drop the suit before anything is signed.

They should negotiate first with the agreement that the lawsuit will be dropped if the fight is agreed to and signed.

i was wrong, i thought floyd's next demand after osdt would be 55-45 split in his favor.

who knew it would be "drop the lawsuit?"

If u think about it, if pac keeps the lawsuit and somehow they agree with the lawsuit and he passes OSDT, pac can use that to show he isn't on PEDs and use that with the case.

He's not going to drop anything until a contract is signed and he knows he's getting paid.

Do you want him to drop a lawsuit via twitter? comical

Why is Floyd asking for something that Bob Arum already said would be dealt with?

I never said that Pac wasn't juicing. If I thought he was juicing, I wouldn't tell the world he was without documentable proof. Those are very serious accusations to make which can damage a persons reputation. Why can't Team Mayweather apologize for accusiing without proof? It's not about whether Pac is juicing or not or even about testing.

So why can't Team Mayweather apologize for the part that was wrong? Unless you condone that kind of behavior. Is it pride?

:huh That pretty much what I said. WHEN, and IF they negotiatie, that could easily be one of the stipulations. That way Floyd doesn't pull some fast one.
