Seriously though, at least Roger and Floyd Sr school the fighters in the right techniques... they keep distance and correct posture. How many trainers know how to use the pads to develop reflexes and encourage variety?

 I just felt sorry for him, Mand. I get the impression the battery is not fully charged. Someone who knows that is using him and having fun at his expense. I hear someone laughing behind the scenes. lol

    Exactly the impression i get.

I'm confused. I took a picture with Apollo and we were the same height, yet I see him with guys like McCloskey, Floyd Sr and he's just as tall as them.

    Does this dude wear heels?

Just watched the Toney interview, & loved it!

AJJ got the respect of James Toney, not an easy thing for an interviewer to do, and as a result, got some telling answers.

Now, Apollo is never going to be a fighter, but as an interviewer, he should keep it up because his videos are interesting, he doesn't need notes, he studies the game and he asks questions that push his subjects into interesting paths.

If he'd stop saying 'okay' after every answer he'd add just a little bit more professionalism. He's got his own laid back style and sharp quirky look, if that's his trademark, cool, roll with it.

And visiting and training at gyms will only enhance his knowledge of the game, first hand experience. Is he going to be interviewing fighters post-fight on Sky? No. But I'm sure he can make some money from youtube and whatnot, so all the good to him.

I say fair play to the chap.

He is never going to be a fighter obviously, unless he does some serious work.

I think he is more of a fan than a fighter though.

You have to love his trunks lol

I enjoy his mad-as-frogs interview style. He seems really genuine and not just trying to create scandals.
