:lol::lol: You telling me that McCloskey didn't lose every second of every round before the stoppage? You can't be one of the daft ones who thinks that his plan was to get beat up and then come on strong in the second half?

The Prescott situation is self explanatory...its not up to the beaten man to offer the rematch....Its as daft as Salita offering Khan a fight in New York, just to settle things

 Contradiction, much? Khan's offering Peterson a rematch but, if my eyes don't deceive me, Khan lost.

no you old goat, mccloskey didnt do **** - but neither did Khan. I was ringside for that fight and Khan looked terrible. Its clear that goldenboy underestimated mccloskeys awkwardness and once that small cut happened saw a great opp to end the fight and get Khan outa there asap. McCloskey obviously got jobbed but i suppose thats economics and thats boxing, but it swings both ways. Khan cant shout about the ref, commission and the city of Washington itself (?) after proclaiming what a great service he was doing by bringing the fight there.

He also got 'assisted' shall we say against Barerra - youre not really going to try to rationalise that one too?....and the 10th of the Maidana fight where 9/10 fighters would be stopped (if not HBO + Goldenboy).

As for your Prescott point - its neither true or relevant. Its a HIGHLY sellable fight, a HIGHLY winnable fight - economics and common sense, yet something prevents that match being made.

Khans always had everything his own way his whole professional career - people are simply taking a bit of enjoyment at finally seeing the roles reversed and the double standard hypocrites they are revealing themselves to be

Peterson should hang on the belts as long as he can. He's a journeyman fighter, yes a fairytale story and great for him, he is world champion, but he has overachieved. As soon as he meets someone top level like Bradley he will lose, he will even lose to Khan if he fights him again. So he should hang on to the belts, maybe look to fight someone like Maidana, which would be a good fight.

Its amusing how some people can justify Peterson fighting Morales but as soon as Khan mentions a fight with Morales the same people throw abuse at him like he's the biggest ducker around. ****ing hypocrites

tbf now that isnt a bad fight for khan, would do decent numbers gets him a belt (should he win) and maybe right now thats about his level, i think people didnt like it before because he was talking about floyd and bradley which were big big fights, and then suddenly he was talking about morales who just lost to a guy he beat

Fair enough I don't care if people say Khan is a twat and so on because all that is their opinion and to some extent partly true but it's just the double standards that I find annoying.

Well thats your opionon but there is still a case for peterson winning without the points being deducted depending how the judges see it. If you read what i said Mccloskey and judah are questionable but i just thought i would but them in. I'm just a bit sick with khans attitude the first time things haven't really gone his way (scoring wise) and he's threw all his toys out the pram and bitched none stop since his loss.

I feel sorry for peterson all his hard work and effort to get to where he is and now any time someone thinks of the fight the first thing thats going to get mentioned is how khan was robbed, when he wasn't. He's robbing peterson of an amazing win. He's proper just pissed me off he should of just took it like a man waited for a rematch and made sure he beat him. Which he is quite capable of doing.

but he does not know any other approach just getting all his own way like a spoilt little child and soon as he does not :| till he does, my seven year old behaves better than khan and is more gracious in defeat and he hates losing :yep
