    But its a 2 fight deal, it'll almost to a certainty happen in Nottingham, so why not have it there first?

    Froch's punching power is grossly overrated. Honestly, his tenacity and willingness to fight anyone, anywhere clouds many folks to the fact that he's quite pedestrian in terms of physical ability.

    Why the **** have the first fight in Nottingham ? He will KO him in Canada & leave the crude Froch to the eagles. After that, move on to better things.

    I think it's fair to say that Bute, being the Champion will have a mandatory rematch clause and that the challenger froch, should he last more than 6 rounds will get a decent stepaside stack so Bute can pursue Kessler, Steilitz, Ward and Dirrel(s).:good

    Promoters know belts bring more marketability, sell their fighters better, and are something quite nice to bring to the table in negotiations.

    This was according to the first contract. Two fight deals no matter what, which was never signed because was based on Showtime agreement who never came.

    You don't need a contract stating this though, it's just common sense. You don't see threads on a ****ing Price vs Sexton rematch, because it's pointless.

    Had him dead to rights in the 3rd and 4th...but nah...let's get him into the fifth and give him a glimmer of hope of reaching the cutoff mark and at least getting the guaranteed chance to avenge this at home...and then ::vonnecunt
