Which fighters do you not rate that other people do?

Yeah i dont see what Broner has at all (apart from those stupid tennis grunt noises he makes when he punches). Burns would have beaten him handily.

Sergio gets overrated slightly

I couldnt see the fuss about Mike Jones (although everyone has sort of come round to the idea he is very basic now i think).

Also, I'm still not completely sold on Gamboa!

 

Fury is underrated if anything. I see lots people call him a bum, yet he has a better record than 95% of boxers had at the same point in their career.

Who rates McCloskey? The vast majority of the people agree that he's a Euro level boxer.

 

Carl Froch (overrated big time)
many on here have picked him to beat Gerald McClellan

 

Martinez is overated by many people. Groves is also on British perspective

 

For me, Bradley was getting too much man love way too early on in his career, as was Alexander (but now that bubble has burst). No matter how talented Bradley is, at the time he hadn't proved much, and I felt people were over-rating him slightly. Even now, maybe he is a little over-rated. Very slightly.


As for Sergio Martinez, he's one of those "cool" fighters that is not mainstream. Certain people among the hardcore will always over-rate these types until they go mainstream, and then they will get hated on. Martinez is a good fighter but his resume is not spectacular.
