And, I know Arum is hopeless. But, if they don't do anything concrete, then it's all talk. He didn't get the MGM may 5 to fight Pacquaio, he just got it regardless of who they could get.

That why I'm saying, that they should send them an offer, and make the offer shown to the public.

You pretty much answered your own question...How can he try to negotiate when Arum is making every excuse possible for the fight not to happen...How can you negotiate with somebody thats not even interested???

Flip side...how do you know that they didnt contact Arum...We both can play this game...SO as it stands...Arum is the one who's stopping the fight and Pac isnt really voicing his anger for Arum stopping the fight..Those are facts thats been presented to us...I leave the speculation to you guys!
