When was the last time we had a fully undisputed champion of a division?

How many fights did Calzaghe have to get all the belts?
Not sure if he did,but a good question would be who was last to win all belts one by one?
Apologies to JC fans if he did but not sure that happened.

Being the undisputed #1 is enough. There are tons of fighters who shouldve had all 3 but sanctioning body bull**** didn't allow it to happen, like Calzaghe, Barrera, Hamed, etc.

In true IBF fashion they stripped (I believe it was Kessler) and then gave it to Berrio. Just like they handed titles from real champions to guys like Lovemore Ndou and those no name south africans at 130.

Lineal yes. Undisputed? Not until he starts fighting MW's and stops calling out smaller guys.

Just because the self serving sanctioning bodies have named other champions does not take away from Sergio's claim to the title. In this case lineal = undisputed. Unless he retires without losing or leaves the weight class the MW title will remain undisputed with no need for a "unification".

The fact that Hopkins held all four those belts with all the politics and the sanctioning bodies is a accomplishment in its own right. Surprised this accomplishment is not more advertised.

2 quick points; 1) check out the wikipedia link great resource. 2) Joe Calslappy was not undisputed, he held two titles and the worthless WBO belt at one time

I believe the answer is Vic Darchian.

Calzaghe may have been the one prior to him (although you'd have to replcae the IBF with the WBO title), but he vacated those titles at the end of 07.

ETA: Wlad, currently, actually. If we are only counting 3 of the 4 titles, and we can include the WBO. He holds all the belts except for Vitali's WBC.
