Frankie needs to get his act together this year. Everyone is running out of patience with him. There are only so many chances you get in life to make things happen.

I understand people saying 140 as I have made it as a pro but I don't feel good at it now I am training differently if my next to fights are at welter an the weight seems easy I will give 140 another go I learnt good strength work at tibbs which I am adding to I feel sharper than I have in a while so hopefully get out 5 or 6 times this year, I understand the criticism but I will hopefully change peoples minds all I can do is do my best now to change that I am back home see my boy 3 nights a week very close to having adoption sorted which will put my mind fully at rest my mom has just beat cancer my life is looking up again I don't have to tell people this an don't think I'm looking for people to be easy on me just had problems which are now dealt with an I'm sure the best is still to come

  10. I think he's fine at 147 myself.

He's quite tall, but fights short.... going by his last couple of outings he could probably do with a bit of work on his conditioning and on the weights, if he's now corrected that we should see some improved performances.

It is light weights an circuits most days I never did them as a pro until lately my own fault to be honest would rather card an extra pads but no it's important now x

2 best fighters on the planet fight close to natural weight, if Frankie feels stronger at 147 can't see why people have a problem with that, it's not as if he's a fighter who relies on size and strength
