Helenius might be out of boxing for good

Chisora did clearly win, but it was competetive. The best HW fight for a long time on that level.

 

No, when Helenius only clearly wins 2 rounds maybe 3 it isn't a competitive fight. Chisora simply out worked and out landed Helenius. It was completely one sided with Helenius hoping and praying that he could land 1 big shot that never came.

 

Ya know Bam, I usually don't disagree with you much, but how was the one armed Helenius not competitive. First off, he won the only HURT moment of the fight in the 1st round and then clearly won the second and the last rounds. Yeah, rounds 3-11 were Chisoras mostly, but it was after Derek knew Helenius was pulling his R. And even in those rounds, Robbe more than held his own with winging L hooks and weak crosses.
I rewatched it Saturday after Steig/Abraham(slow fight night for me), and had DelBoy winning the fight 7-5 or 7-4-1. Robbe did more than his one arm could allow, and NOW, it seems it may have ended him.:-|

 

And I hope his first one sided KO beatdown loss doesn't change this.:good

 

Have you guys not given your opinions on the Helenius Chisora fight a couple of times in this forum already lol?

It was probably the most entertaining and competitive heavy weight bout of the year 2011 and still some huge bitches keep on yapping while as a boxing fans you should hope for Robert to recover from the serious injury he has so that he can provide a couple of more exciting moments for the real heavy weight boxing fans all around the world.

why do people keep saying helenius is gettin slack for one bad performance???he sure as hell isnt getting slack because of the chisor fight from me..hes getting slack because hes shite full stop..it had been pointed out his lack of (everything) including a basic jab..he struggled with a past it peter (who faded at the after 7 rounds) who was only after taking another brutal beating from wladimir and who was even more out of shape than normal..he then got a lesson from the white wolf untill he faded late (see a ****ing pattern??) then he fought a live body who was motivated and most importantly wasnt a ****ing has been and he got outboxed for the start and guess what this live body didnt fade like the old hand he fought on and helenius couldnt take advantage and lost......so get off your ****ing high horses no1 is giving helenius slack because of chisora hes getting it because regardless of his beating of old men we can see for ourselves he lacks EVERYTHING...RANT OVER

as ive been saying all along, realised he is nothing more than a hype job, wait a couple of years and return after the K bros have gone a win a version of the world title, what a load of crap. I want a second opinion.

Helenius got a favorable treatment by the judges (I had chisora winning by 1 round) and he disappointed be. However much of it was chisira who put in the best HW fight of a HW for the past 3 years (outside of the Klitschos).

 

Can't say I feel disappointed or anything, never really liked him. In fact I disliked him quite a bit, the guy was an arsehole, no skill, won all his bouts PURELY due to size difference (also robbery).
