    Fair play Frankie. You've had a lot of criticism on here (including me) for not being disciplined and taking your boxing seriously but not a single one of us knows what goes on behind the scenes for you, or any other fighter for that matter. It's easy for us to criticise. Glad things are looking up for you mate

    We shouldnt forget that franks best performance was at 147 against lomax. He's not a ripped fight like some but he looks pretty thickly built with strong legs. Legs / torso > bulging biceps

    IF he is staying at 147 hes going nowhere fast. If you compare Brook and Gavin together Brook would dwarf Gavin, he needs to be down at 140 at the most!

    Hardly. Gavin is listed as an inch taller than Brook.

    yes he is when did brook win two aba titles get on the olympic gb sqaud and win a world amateur championship gavins beating these guys with ease when giving about 25percent trust me def a future world champ
