Saying that May 5th is Pacquiao ass whooping day and that he has his Guarentee. Say's Arum needs to stop lying to the public.

pacquiao and roach dont want the fight simple as, even if it gets signed i expect manny to get cut in sparring and the fight is off, floyd will go elsewhere, they've really called there bluff this time.

Why the hell is everyone making out Floyd is some bastion of integrity now?

He scuppered the fight the first and second times with his ridiculous claims about juicing. He was the one who basically denied any negotiations last time out, even though his agent was involved in them. He's not sent a formal offer or authorised Schaefer to open talks with Top Rank.

I mean, FFS, Pac said he'd sign the original testing agreement, then Mayweather changed it from 28 days to 14 days.

At what point does everyone realise that Floyd's talk is cheap. Until he makes a reasonable offer, 50-50 down the middle with no testing, he is making it pretty obvious he will ever sign the fight.

    Why no testing?

Floyd was shown to be more reluctant in the past, but it sounds like he wants it now. Good to see someone calling Arum out in public

We need an official countdown clock!

Serious, how short are some people's memories?! The fight was MASSIVE after Pacquiao destroyed Cotto! Where was Floyd's official callout bull**** then when he was happy on vacation.

The fight has honestly bored me to tears

That was then, this is now.

Floyd has made it clear he wants the fight, the date he wants it and who Arum should contact.

Oscar then chimes in a few minutes later with...

It's clear that this isn't just cheap talk and that Floyd wants this fight arranged for the 5th May as soon as possible, what with his jail term approaching.

It's all up to Pacquiao and his team, no more bull****, just make the fight.

Because it was a baseless accusation and Floyd has used it to cripple fight negotiations twice already.

    Can you not read?

FFS... read that Oscar tweet again and realise how laughable it is...

Why not do your job as a promoter and make a ****ing formal offer to Top Rank?

Oh wait, so Floyd can complain about the terms, run away from the fight and then pretend that no one entered into negotiations with him.

    Why is it Arum's responsibility?

This is nothing BUT cheap talk.

Remember the last one that was a while back? I was literally on Top Rank's website watching the count down and refreshing my news. So ****ing disappointing when nothing happened.

grow up mate if it was baseless why was everyone asking the questions of pacmans juicing after what he did. id love to know what age you are because you come across like a 50+ year old angry stubborn guy in a rocking chair with a 1990's computer in front of you.

I might drag up the press reports from the last three sets of negotiations. Floyd is the one who has never wanted this fight. He's got the beating of Manny, but for some reason prefers to complain about how he gets no respect.

I'll hold my hands up and admit to doing exactly the same thing

I even convinced myself that the fight was signed, and that an official announcement would be made when the clock reached zero. How stupid was I

    Grow up?

I'm not the one who just makes **** up and runs with it. No one except Floyd was asking the question and he's still getting his arse sued off because of it.

It's Arums responsibility as it is clear that this guy a) lied in his last press statement re. not knowing who to contact to pursue the fight and b) appears to be at this moment in time, the stumbling block to this fight.

What's wrong with Arum calling GBP to go along, sit down and thrash out some details for a fight.

Has it really got to come down to some childish, I'm not calling you, you call me bull**** from some grown men.

Arum is a ****ing weasel and he's been called out in public.

This was Arums latest statement on the matter
"We are locked and ready to go. I can't say the same for the other side, because I don't know what arrangements have been made because I'm not privy to that. And indeed I don't even know if [Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard] Schaefer is involved. I sort of gather that he is so frantic with everybody and so forth, that he is not involved. Because unlike Top Rank, that has a contract with Manny, we are involved. I don't know if Schaefer is involved."

Well now you do Bob, so get speaking to the guy.
