After sturm last 2 fights that werent clear wins proved easily that for him to think sturm resumes is better then hopkins resumes is a freaking joke. And didnt sturm got ko by Castillejo? And sturm fought a fat out of shape oscar while hopkins fought a better shape oscar.

Hopkins cleared out middleweight and fought everyone that was available. The only other option would have been to move up in weight earlier but then he wouldnt have the 20 title defenses. Name one person at middleweight that hopkins avoided....

Sturm on the other hand is one of the most protected fighters of the last decade. After he made a name for himself by "beating" DLH he never even tried to capitalize on the momentum.

What do all 7 of them have in common? Theyre all big names at 160 pounds over the last decade that Sturm never even tried to bother fighting, he is content fighting the likes of Ronald Hearns over in germany.

The DLH fight was 7 years ago, everyone knew his name when they thought he beat him and hes done **** all since. Look at winky, got his name out there from the vargas fight when people thought he won and he capitalized on that and had a good run. I look at Sturms record and I dont even know who the **** these guys are. Who the hell is Koji Sato and why was Sturm fighting this guy who only had 14 fights? It wasnt even a tuneup after a loss, it was just some random cab driver selected for a title defense that the chump german fans will fork over money to see Sturm fight.

 

It's an insult to Bernard Hopkins to compare Felix Sturm to him.
