Which 140-147 Fighter has better chance than Pacquaio of beating Mayweather?

Looking at that list, I don't see a one that Floyd doesn't school. It'll have to be someone at 154-160.

Bradley I see as the only legit challenge, and a mild one at best, khan a second

Tim Bradley but I wouldn't even put him as a realistic possible chance of beating Mayweather.

 

Give Mike Jones 1 or two more high quility fights. Right now Andre Berto probbly has the best chance.

Timothy Bradley as he's the best on that list by far (they're both very weak divisions), but Pacquiao still has the best chance out of everybody at 140-147. He's not a great welterweight (neither is Mayweather), but he's a proven pound for pound great and has incredible physical attributes and gifts. Of course I'm not including Soto because it's a given Mayweather wouldn't dream of sharing the ring with him. Hopefully that one guy can post some articles providing the necessary evidence.

 

Devon is a southpaw, and we know that Floyd has trouble with them.

 

I can't see anyone even having more than a fluke chance of winning, honestly. Frankly, I think Ortiz had a better chance than any of these guys would, and we all saw how much of a chance that came out to be. Out of all of these guys, the best boxer, Bradley, imo, would get totally outboxed and the best puncher, Bailey, I would guess, for one-punch power, wouldn't have the ability to deliver anything but a complete fluke of a knockout. I just don't see anyone being that much more likely than the whole rest of the pack.
