Mitchell vs Crolla?

    Just a thought ran through my mind, If Crolla aint fighting Burns and Mitchells not fighting the Irish Dude , Why dont they get it on?? winner fights Burns. If they did fight i think it would be a Great Fight, how do you`se see it going if it happened?

    Crolla is dangerous but I think Kev is the more authoritive puncher and I think it would tell.

    This fight in all honesty would bore me. I think Mitchell wins on points in quite a close fight. Mitchell like a jekyll and hyde at his best a european level fighter at his worst below British level.

    As for Crolla dont think he is anywhere near ready yet to step up to European level. I think Burns would stop both quite easily

    hmm to me Mitchell is Fringe World Class, I dont think Burns would stop either maybe beat Crolla on points But Mitchell to me thats a 50/50 fight. Your Jekyll and hyde note is right but Kev is at best Fringe World Class and at worst European level

    I still think Mitchell is fringe World class, despite getting milkweed by Katsidis.

    Him Vs Crolla would be decent, would rather see Mitchell Vs Rees though.

    that would be a good fight! i dont know why i like crolla and think hes a solid fighter and at least british level, i just dont see any overwhelming strengths, hes good at most things but hes not exceptional at anytyhing, at least thats what i think when ive seen him which isnt a lot and i hope im wrong because he seems a nice guy and decent fighter

    Too true, but many boxers have bad nights for whatever reason and many of them already being at world class level, one bad night aint gonna make me change my view on a boxer right away. Mitchell is above European level though having Beat the unbeaten champ Murray in 8 rds( less than Bam Bam managed, yeah i know the weight issue thing, well yup but so simple to say mitchell`s head wasnt right on the night of the Kats fight)

    He's nowhere near World Class.
    • Punch Power completely overated
    • Dry bummed in his only foray anywhere near World Class (please dont view Murray/Prsecott near that level.
    • Easy to look good bullying afrobums, stepped up and his only notible stoppage was against Murray. Murray that was on the **** (and probably the beak) 3 weeks prior to the fight. Murray who walks forward chin in the air. Murray who gave Mitchell enough to look like he was turning the fight around at one time.
    Mitchell will never ever pick up an Alphabet title of any note IMGHO

    hi bill, Ricky would beat crolla, as for Kev i cant split em and im a Big Fan of both , im gonna be a wreck when watching them fight. if you would give some technical intel as to why your certain ricky beats kev that would be great.

    I would say with regards to Prescott, Mitchell dealt with him just as well as other supposedly 'fringe World class' operators have (Vasquez; McCloskey; Alvarado; Abril) so I see no reason for him to be completely dismissed. Prescott is a good gauge, and Mitchell barely lost a round in a commanding, smart and dominating performance.
