asking them to discard the amir khan re-match they ordered.

very intersting indeed as whether the WBA say yes or no its wide open to what each fighter does next....

IF the WBA say no to the rematch the you will probably see peterson take on pacquaio or more likely bradley.....khan will probably move up in weight

IF the WBA say yes to the rematch then peterson might still say no...so wo does amir fight for the belt....well by all rights it has to be the regular champion...maidana....that means khan moving up to 147lbs then as he has no interest in fighting maidana again.....peterson will probably still fight pacquaio or bradley

What will be funny is when Petersen ducks Khan to fight Bradley, loses by a landslide again and then comes crawling back trying to get a rematch with khan and gets told to **** off back to the bingo halls.

I'm disappointed in that. He said he'd rematch Amir and is now appealing it? He even has something like 180 days to fight Khan, meaning he could have got a fight between that with someone else, if he wanted.

Think I also read his manager saying they want it in D.C with the 50/50 split and all that ****. Do they want it? Not so sure now.

I'd **** myself so hard if Peterson took the rematch and won again.

Ever since the post fight interview, every time Petersen has been asked about the rematch its gotten more and more obscure.

I think Lamont knows he gave 100% in that fight, thats as good as it gets, he cant do any better, he's not sure the same is true of Khan

I think this is just about it in a nutshell, isn't it?

Peterson is going to find himself on the fringes no matter how he plays it so his best option is to go for broke and try to keep the belt in a rematch.

The funniest thing is if Khan didn't overlook Peterson in the first place we wouldn't be in this situation!

It could turn out a bad move by Peterson. But after the way Khan has behaved since the loss id be inclined to tell him to **** right off too.

Khan ****ed with the bull, now he's getting the horns. If he hadn't acted such a **** he'd have had more chance of getting his rematch.

Khan has shown next to no class in defeat other then backhanded compliment to Lamont followed by if's and buts and being cheated. Don't blame the kid for doing this..

If I was Peterson I wouldn't give him the rematch either. I thought Khan won the fight but his actions afterwards have been nothing short of disgraceful.
