Do you think that they will really have a 40,000 seat stadium built by May 19th? When Bob claims he is just now going to talk to the "builders". If they haven't even broke ground yet than there is no way it's going to be complete by 4 months from now, even if you had 3 shifts working 24 hours a day. I just don't believe that ****.

I'm a fan, but I'm seriously thinking of boycotting and just watching their replays. **** those 2 Martinez and Donaire are the #1 and #2 p4p best until Floyd and Pac fight. Their bull**** has gone on for too long.

Fight won't happen in November, either. My guess is that the defamation lawsuit will get in the way at that point.

Thanks. He would have paid some cancellation fees, but it's not like he would have gone to jail. There's a huge difference between a civil agreement and a criminal one.

Bottom line, it would have been a pain in the ass and some money would have needed to change hands, but it could have been done.

MGM is good enough. If a rematch is necessary then Cowboy stadium. Rematches always sell better. Building a stadium that's some bull****!

I live in Huntington Beach and see the professional beach volleyball tournament build a portable 15,000 seat stadium on the sand in about two weeks every summer. We also host the U.S. Open of surfing and even more seating than that is built, on the sand, in a matter of weeks.

It was to be expected---a powerplay response. If anything, Pac has consistently resisted being pushed around by Floyd. Floyd says you have to fight May 5th, Pac's says you want me, than fight late May at Bob's swanky new stadium. If you're dictating terms how do you expect the other side to respond? Compounded by the fact that this is just no ordinary boxer you're dictating to but is actually FOTD, p4p#1/PPV star of the decade...greatest boxer of our generation. If Floyd is sincere man, it's not an act of good faith to dictate terms to an opposite party that has equal or probably more negotiating leverage than he does. If Floyd wasn't sincere (which I'm starting to believe to be the case), than as Jim Lampley explained in a recent interview, it's a brilliant PR move to call out Pacquiao. Floyd has shown a pattern of using Pacquiao's name to sell a fight. And it's too easy actually. Floydettes hang on to every word Floyd says as if it were Gospel.
