It was more the rivalery with Ibox-GYM , but i admit some peoples doesn't like Pascal but it's mor because of his arrogance not the color of it's skin. Montréal Canadian most popular player is PK Subban. We can be little cry baby but we are not racist (in majority) a lot less then scandinavian country
Like I said, people in Montreal come across as neutral and fair, they're very patriotic and biased about their hockey, but they do love their hockey.
