I completely agree although I still think that Floyd would have beaten the Pac of 2009. Floyd doesn't want to even come close to losing the 0.

Does it sound like Floyd cares Pac is on steroids????????? The way he has been calling him out seems wouldnt care if Pac brought a baseball bat to ring with him.

Now, i repeat NOW he is confident of beating him with every roid imagable.

What makes you say that Floyd didn't want the fight? Just because he asked for a test and Pac didn't agree to it means Floyd didn't want the fight?

Pac is the same fighter now as he was then. The difference is he fought his first two handed elite fighter in years in JMM who BTW is a stylistic nightmare to boot. Put Pac in there with a guy who will come forward and bang and he looks great put him in there with a technician and he looks average. PBF always knew he had the tools to exploit Pac ain't **** changed.:deal

Are people still thinking Pacquaio is on roids? Both these fighters have had almost similar careers when it comes to their weight and muscles.

You can't go after one, without going after the other.

I guess it's a coincidence that Mayweather started pushing hard for this fight after Pacquiao came forward publicly and stated he had no problem with testing a few months ago. Remember, Mayweather called Pacquiao out to fight him in May, before the Marquez fight.

If you remember Andrey, Floyd started calling out Pac again, before Pac Marquez III, after he got news that Pac was willing to submit to Random drug testing. As a matter of fact, Ellerbe came out and said, 'Now we can make a fight because they are willing to test'. Floyd has been calling out Pac consistently ever since.

Mayweather was certain and I believe correct in suspecting Pacquiao a PED user.
Pacquiao's destruction of Cotto I believe completely convinced him Pacquiao was being heavily aided by PED's.

What Mayweather did'nt figure is that Pacquiao was likely on them when he fought his rematches with Morales and Marquez.
I believe Mayweather may have figured that Pacquiao's PED use began when he climbed up to welter.

I think he's found out now that Marquez exposed Pacquiao's limitations with dealing with skill, that the PED's Pacquiao uses is not going to prevent him from imposing his skill on Pacquiao.

Mayweather's mindset at the moment has got to be, "If a blown up past his prime lightweight like Marquez can control Pacquiao at his liesure, I'm going to embarrass him."

You see what he is doing now???? This is what a fighter does when he want the fight...

Retire, ask for crazy demands, reject dates, reject split, suspect of peds is what fighter does when he DOESNT'T want the fight.

The difference in Floyd now and in Floyd in 2009 is very obvious. You can tell now he actually wants the fight.

Actually no.... Floyd stood on his belief. No test no fight!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Up until Pac looked like one dimensional amateur against Marquez. That's when Floyd stopped caring what he is on and just called him out as it is.

Andrey, I am thinking that you are trying to sound neutral but you are really not. How can you be neutral if you don't represent the situation the way it really happened.

Correct me if I am wrong but this is what I remember:

Manny(Unexpected request that the commission has a policy for): "Floyd give me 10 mil per pound if overweight'
    Floyd: 'No problem I accept'
Floyd(Unexpected request that the commission has a policy for): 'Manny lets both take a blood test'
    Manny: 'No problem I accept'
Manny: 'I change my mind, you are a coward to ask for something that the commission deals with already. Let the commission do their job'
Floyd: 'But but but, we will both take the test'
Manny: 'I am walking away from the negotiation, I don't have time for this, I will go fight Clottey'
Floyd:(Official Press Release)'Manny come back I want to kick your punk ass'

    /End memory recall.
Andrey how can a neutral fan look at the previous and conclude that Manny was the warrior and Floyd was running scared.

After that there was a lot of posturing from both sides but that represents the initial negotiation.

One person we all are sure of is neutral, the retired judge, came out and asserted that Team Floyd was trying to make compromises in the first negotiation.

Floyd is not scared of Manny. He is scared of losing. That said, he had every intention of fighting the lil feller, just not in 2009.
