this arrogant money addicted **** is not satisfaid with 50/50 split, wich actualy means he is not satiesfied with 40-60 million $, considering most normal people either dont have a job or dont find or are death poor and some people still say pbf is cool and they want to see him win a boring UD of a fighter past his prime.

are you guys ****ing kidding me. with all the problems in the world, a dude being so childish and defiant. somebody rejecting so much money, because of arrogance, when all that **** happens in the world. sorry I am repeating myself, but its not even a joke anymore...

boycott him and every rich ass who ones to be like him or is like him.

and you pacquiao, you better give marquez a fourth fight and solve that puzzle ***** :fire

I totally agree with you. I can't believe he has the balls to push for more money when there people sick, out of work, or even worse, starving to death because their coworkers stole their flatbread.

    :-(

Belts mean a lot, otherwise why have champions in the sport?

Fact is, both fighters are champions in this division and Pacquiao has been the active fighter fighting top opposition regularly and scoring high PPV numbers in the process. Mayweather has been inactive and his last fight was a joke. I don't understand why he would turn down 50/50.

Money % usually goes to the fighter that can draw more PPV numbers. Think it's obvious Pacquiao is a huge draw too so I don't see why he doesn't deserve 50/50.

I know this Pac v Floyd thing brings out extreme opinions one way or the other. But the more I look at this thing I see a few things:

    1. The likelihood that Floyd tried to approach Pac something other than 50-50 initially would not be out of the question. I could see him starting from that negotiating point to see where he could go with it.

    2. the part that doesn't make ANY damn sense is the email. The email sounds like sabotage. Someone wanting to kill the fight in mid negotiations emailed some random dude at espn that nobody's heard of who has a connection with one of the parties pushes this agenda. It just don't sound right to me at all.

So yeah, Floyd probably did try to negotiate a bigger pot. That's where Pac's quote about 50-50 having to be agreed upon comes in. But let the **** play out. If negotiations end with no deal because of the split, that's on Floyd and he's wasted everybody's time. But him emailing espn just sounds ridiculous.

I doubt ESPN would put out this story without verification that it is indeed FMJ's email. They are the largest sports news company in the world, I doubt they would print something without proof.

I could be wrong, and that's why the news media has a corrections list.

Who's going to promote the fight? Pacquiao? No, Top Rank is likely to be a co-Promoter, but so will Mayweather through his promotional Co. He will have an assit from Golden Boy. This means more work for Mayweather which should mean a larger share of the proffits.
