Who would win between Jose Aldo and Frankie Edgar?

Edgar has no size advantage on him but he is a better wrestler than No Chindes and could potentially put Aldo on the cage and tire him out. Given Edgar's own Fragile Glass Jaw I would favor Aldo to land and finish him at some point but it's a competitive match-up that Edgar could win by smothering him.

 

Frankie is a stamina beast and Jose gassed against Mark and the reason apparently is that he put on some extra muscle weight to see how he would feel if he fought at LW? either way he came into that fight with to much muscles and it affected his stamina other than that i dont think Aldo has any stamina issues but has better stand up than Frankie and on paper at least he has better ground game

 

No, Aldo is as big as he's ever been. The word out of his camp was that he weighed 175 at the beginning of last week.

 

I see this fight ending BRUTALLY! Edgar is vulnerable, but his heart is huge. I see Aldo hurting him, and then Edgar surviving for like 10 more seconds, and then getting caught with something disgusting!

Aldo by KO, if it's at 155, Edgar will move down afterwards. If it's at 145, Aldo will move up afterwards.

 

Yeah. I mean Stoo's right - never count out Frankie - but he's been messed up bad by Gray twice and only survived thanks to Maynard not being able to maintain the pace. Edgar would not be giving that chance to escape by Aldo.

 

So your assuming the Maynard fight takes exactly the same place as an aldo fight?
