Nice presumptions ideas here you really show yourself, I was just asking why you thought getting hit in the face longer would make your chin better? It was not to question your thought or ridicule just here a deeper explanation as I found it interesting. Why take offence?

To me having a good ability to take a punch, is due to bone density of the cranium, neck length, neck size and strength, and other aspects like being able to ride the shot, and getting use to getting hit in the face.

Helps if you have a lower centre of gravity aswell.

This is the second Lewis-Rahman fight.....at aprox 1.17seconds of the footage you will see Lewis throw the jab out, then move his head left. This is what I mean, it took me around 5 minutes to find....but good well done, good discussion.


Also again...'im fair but im firm' ....ok i stole that phrase but again its good that we can talk about boxing or as you put it 'pull me up on' any aspect of boxing...always glad to have a healthy talk and thats includes everyone.
