Rigondeaux Vs Ward: Who has better boxing fundamentals?

Both have a great amount of boxing skill that may not be exciting all the time but has lead them through much success and respect from the hardcore fans. Which Olympic medalist has the better skills?

 

I's say Rigo has the more outstanding skill but Ward has a better average on all-round fundamentals.

 

Ward

He has proven his skills take him further at the pro level.

Rigo has yet to have the opportunity to show that.

 

Rigondeaux doesn't need to resort to dirty tactics, he sticks to pure boxing, so I'd say he is the better of the two.

Without his home referees and dirty tactics, Ward would likely have some losses on his record.

Guillermo is also more of a ring warrior, he's not afraid to travel to foreign countries to fight.

 

Rigondeaux IMO, he looks very polished in the ring.

 

I would say Ward because he can do it all in the ring.

 

This is pure postulation. You need to get a grip.

andre ward by far. he has the skills and the mindset. 9 pro fights aint **** to me, gets some good guys to fight and lets see how skilled you really are.

 

Well, Kazuto Ioka only has 9 pro fights too. However, Ioka's resume is better than Rigondeaux's.

 

its very close, I mean very very close. for me tie. both have superb technic, along with X and Floyd, maybe Marquez the best in the business...

 

Rigo has better straight-up fundamentals, but Ward is a better boxer. (from what I've seen) There's more to boxing than fundamentals. Ward is good at pretty much everything. Rigo can back up and move forward, but he pretty much fights the exact same way.
