Duran's mind-games and verbal assaults got to Leonard and made him stand toe-to-toe. It had nothing to do with Duran's skill-set or Leonard having to fight inside because he was getting outdone from distance. A similar thing would happen here, but in the opposite way. Cotto's sportsmanship, respect, and gentlemanly approach would sucker Leonard into running away throwing occasional pitter patter punches, becuase he wouldn't want to stand his ground and hurt his new friend. ...and we all know Miguel is at his best when faced with light-punching runners. Cotto UD.
Leonard was getting beat from the outside for about the 1st 4 rounds and than he consistently came inside on Roberto and was very successful. Cotto will not have that ability at anytime in the fight. Theres no way in hell Cotto would be able to box with Leonard. Also if Ray Leonard had different body language that fight could of easily been a draw.
