It's a fkn' joke to hear people say, Floyd is right to hold Manny to his original statement of taking less. Athletes say **** like that all the time. How often do thay sign a huge contract and say, "It wasn't the money", or I love the game so much, I'd play it for nothing. Fighters have said, we can fight, 'winner take all'. Who pays attention to THAT kind of ****? One good thing, the topic NOW has to be wthafk is Floyd gonna' do NOW? Forget Manny and that, 'but you said', bull****. It means NOTHING. No more **** about a bigger stadium, cuts, tests, depositions or ANY of that ****. Floyd says, "I'm in charge of my ****", well buddy, you better start making some damn plans. At least now, you can wipe your brow and sigh, 'man, THAT was CLOSE'. So who will it be Bradley or the Ghost, because we KNOW it won't be Martinez or Alvarez.
How many times have we've heard a boxer say "I'LL FIGHT THAT GUY FOR FREE!!!" and *****s say we should take that LITERALLY? atschatschatsch Floyd really must be taking his talking points from these boxing forums.
Manny also said "he can test me in-between rounds if he wants". So is Floyd gonna' stick him for that, too? Ridiculous. Everyone knows what Pac says is irrelevant, simply because he isn't even his own boss. When he said he'd take less than 50-50, even the Floyd fans laughed it off. We all knew that it's Bob's word that's the final one. He was never gonna' settle for less than half. And now that Floyd has rejected what ALL of us fans considered to be the only fair and logical deal, the Floyd followers wanna' go back and take Pac's comments seriously now? What a joke.
It wasn't an official statement. It was a journalist's quote, when no details of what both sides wanted had come out. Pac did make an official statement on his website January 12 stating it had to be 50-50. But of course it goes ignored by these guys. Floyd's fans are unbelievable in their blind defence of the guy
