You obviously are a man with little self pride or has no ego.. no man likes being told what to do, where to do it and how they want you to do it.. throw all of that on top of ****ing with a man's payday and you'll see a very predictable response. Pac won't go for that nor would Floyd.

May 5 and the MGM are good options for most fights... But for this fight you don't go the route of choosing "good options" .... You make Damn sure you're choosing the "right options". There's too much money potential to go about making the fight with the same old template...this event deserves more than that and everyone knows it. Which is why I know Floyd isn't stupid enough to rush a fight with Pac knowing how much money will be lost by doing so.

Concessions would be something Floyd gave up or gave into.. like Pac made concessions in agreeing to Floyd tests....or Floyd agreeing to Pacs weight penalty.

The gloves and ring size we "mutual agreeable terms" where both parties accepted. Those were not concessions that Floyd or Pac "gave into".

**** this fight. Yeah manny back tracked. that's still not a good enough reason to not fight him. If I'm Floyd I point that out and STILL say **** it...we'll do 50-50 and I'ma bust yo ass anyway.

It's not really ducking but it's just as ridiculous nonetheless. That ppv king argument is pointless because there are no fighters doing the numbers that either one of them is doing. Even if you say floyd's PPV king, Pac's right there next to him. I expect this bull**** from Arum and Pac over the past 3 years. But this is on Floyd right now. No defending this. Sorry.

No I am a man with common sense. And common sense is usually the better choice then pride. Your talking about no need to rush a fight that's 2 yrs pass due with legit chances of never happening. Like I said before Cinco De Mayo is a proven money maker, MGM Grand is a proven money maker. Building a new temp stadium and jacking up prices are not proven money makers but estimations. Building a new temp stadium is not worth the fight blowing up and neither is demanding more then a 50/50 purse split.

Besides according to the latest phone cal and Pac's own statement about itl. Pac agrees with me as he doesn't seem to care about the date and venue as long as he gets 50/50 split. Its Arum who cares about that stuff not the guy actually fighting.

Common sense tells you that a fight of this magnitude needs the same old song and dance that any other Pac or Floyd fight gets? Common sense tells you that less seats...less people and less promotion equals more profits than a bigger venue, more seats, more people and a massive promotion?

What's your understanding of what "common sense" means? In this case pride has come into play that aligns with common sense. Pacs pride wouldn't allow his common sense to be curbed. More money makes more sense and there's a way to secure a historic financial success if things are done the right way.

Cinco de Mayo is a proven date when the right fighters are involved... Joe C. Vs Andre Ward is a huge fight but wouldn't do half the numbers that a fight between JMM and Erik Morales would generate.

The thing is I believe there's a lot of "misdirection" and smoke and mirrors... I do think Floyd wants to fight Pac... But not right now.. I think he wants to wet the appetite of the general public...keep their interest while he makes his May 5 fight before doing his bid.. when he gets out the landscape will be set to really push this fight the right way... But anything can happen to derail the fight for good... So I do see your point...

TEAM MAYWEATHER DEBUNKS ARUM'S EXCUSES; REITERATE
    This content is protected
AND READY TO GO ON MAY 5
    By Ben Thompson | January 19, 2012

That was a week after Team Pac's statement saying that they were set on 50-50.

No issues from Team Mayweather on January 19. Pac made the statement on January 12, 2012, I think.

Pac on January 12: “There’s no problem with me as long as it’s a 50-50 split.”

    But...but...but

Sad sh_t. A final, desperate ploy. I see Fight Hype has huddled with Mayweather, it appears, and are trying this final public relations Hail Mary.

I can't believe Team Floyd blew this. Unreal.

Also, when Mayweather's assistant David Levi said this:

"not true. More Bob Arum lies"

...regarding Mayweather's email to ESPN saying 50-50 split can't happen, I guess that was a lie too, right?

Pathetic. But you have to work with what you have. And in this case, Team Floyd has nothing.

As soon as Pac says he can fight May 5 but only for a 50-50 split Floyd goes and pulls this new bull**** demand out of his ass.
