Gossen: Bute should look for someone not comming of a loss

    Gossen: Bute should look for someone not comming of a loss

    Ward: Bute needs to beat 1 or 2 A-level guys

    SMW A fighters:

    Ward
    Bute
    Froch
    Kessler (fighting Stieglitz)
    and possible Dirrell



    That means Ward and Gossen are implying that Bute should fight Dirrell and only Dirrell?

    It doesn't matter who Bute fights, he's garbage. He gets no respect from me.

    So Goosen now is Bute's promoters? This dude needs to shut his mouth. They don't want Bute to fight Froch because , if he wins, everybody will want to see Bute vs. Ward and they will have no excuses to try and avoid this fight. ****ing lame ...

    It looks like Wards team wants to see Bute get beaten so that they will have an excuse not to make the fight.
    It does look like Ward is afraid of Bute.

    What has Dirrell done to get so much attention?
    Dirrells biggest win is arguably Oganov and he hasnt done much else other than a DQ win over a former MW who cant compete well at SMW

    I would say though that they have a point to a degree, Bute fought Johnson coming off a loss and then it will be Froch coming off a loss if that happens. Problem is Steiglitz and Kessler are tied up and Bute has beaten WBA int champ Magee.
    How about Bute against WBA regular champ Balzsay?

    Because Ward and Froch exist in this world, also Hopkins who probably has 1-2 years left. He will probably retire before 50. :D Pascal.... Kessler after Stieglitz. There are more and better options. You only go for Dirrell if you can't get the others guys. You don't pick cheap imitations from the get go, you try to get the originals first.

    Dirrell is way better option than Balzsay who is not above Stieglitz's lvl.

    The Ward fight doesnt appear to be happening any time soon
    Froch is coming off a loss
    Hopkins is at LHW, and Bute wont move up (understandably)
    Pascal is at LHW, and Bute wont move up (understandably)
    Kessler and Steiglitz are tied into each other.

    It doesnt leave much for Bute

    Dirrell is a better option in that he is American and it would build a fight to Ward if Bute wins, if Bute loses though he wont get the Ward fight I dont think

    But obviously Dirrell is the only dude available and willing to fight Bute... Plus he's a more talented fighter than Froch, Pascal and Kessler at least (Ward too as far as I'm concerned)

    Showtime wants Bute to fight an American, Dirrell proved he belongs to the world-level, I really don't see why this fight hasn't already been made at this minute.

    I understand if Bute and his team doesn't want to fight Dirrell next. High risk, low reward fight IMO.

    Hopkins is my guess.
