Wlad throws his left hook an average of 0.8 times per fight.

I dont think I have ever seen a boxer so hell bent on jabbing his opponents to death. As odd as Wlad is, it seems to work out pretty well. 181 jabs later and the opponent is just a walking zombie.

I find it amusing that a guy supposedly has the best jab, right hand and left hook ever - yet takes so long to finish much smaller opponents.

Surely if your assertions were true he would have been able to land at least a couple of these shots solidly on David Haye (for example) and if they would have landed they would have KOd him, right?

I don't see how a fighter could have three best punches ever, yet not land them with consistency or knock out a far smaller opponent with his hands by his waist and a suspect chin. Im not dissing Wlad, I'm just saying something doesn't add up.

    Interesting . . .

Smaller targets is harder to hit.

Wlads size means everyone is smaller, so that explains why it takes time.

When he fights big guys he usually gets them earlier, like with Ray Austin.

So therefore is a smaller target is harder to hit, smaller fighters must have better left hooks - because they are able to hit MUCH smaller fighters with their shots.

My Klitschko fanboyism is not strong enough to counter this argument. I leave it to Bretchko to deal with you. His comebacks are epic. (He recently pointed out that Wlad has a better hook compared to Floyd, since Floyds hooks hardly would affect Wlads opponents, while Wlads hooks would kill the opponents of Floyd. The guy he debated with went all silent after that ...)

It is hard to squash ants with sledgehammer. You gotta stomp them first so they stop moving. White canvas help though.

You can squash several ants with one blow of a sledgehammer - Wlad should fight 3 opponents next fight, and KO them all with one left hook

He has the best jab and straight right in a loooong time.

But frankly, he hasn't really efficiently used his left hook lately. He throws it here and there but not like he used to when he was young.

"Best hook off the jab ever" is pretty emphatic.I'm asking who he or anyone who agrees rates Wlad in front of.If they think Wlad has the best attributes,I'm asking who comes behind Klitschko. What usually happens here is anyone who questions the thread is accused of being a hater, but I haven't the slightest animosity towards him.In fact,in the build up to the Haye fight,I actually changed my opinion towards him completely, and found him very personable, but that doesn't mean I won't question sweeping statements that I disagree with.I'd only like to know who Klitschko is being compared favourably to.
