A lot of girls recently joined my gym. They are actually attractive and not build as east-german tanks. Anyway I feel really bad even about lightly tapping them and when I do a really light jab to the chin and they deflect it, it lands on their boobs which makes me look like a pervert. I mean I've sparred with girls before but those looked like relatives of cyborg
I just finished sparring half an hour ago. One of the people I sparred with was a girl. Do what I do and just punch them in the face as often as you can and avoid the boob area. Simple.
This is the only chance you will ever get to hit a woman without going to the bighouse. So ****ing do it.
Typically I go extremely light on them, and try to avoid their punches, and throw mostly jabs, and weak straights. I have a fairly strong jab so my coach doesn't let me spar against the women, usually he has young teens spar the girls.
Just treat them like they were males.... But when your on the inside DON'T tuck your head in ther chess while going to the body
I spar lightly with girls. Just hit them as much as you want, but not with power. And hitting the boobs doesn't matter. Have never gotten any complaints on that.
Look- if they come to the gym and they want to spar then you should spar with them. It defeats the whole point of learning boxing for self defense if you decide to go easy on them and you're not respecting them either. Just make sure that what they want and they're not the type that cries after being hit (we had a few college girls that literally burst into tears after a hook to the head)...
