No it isn't. Not one place are they quoted. Arum is very careful about his speech. They said the same thing when they were exposed on HBO 24 7. Tell them to say the worlds, we will agree to testing by the USADA. They won't. Pac could have done the testing this fight to show that he was willing. He didn't.
