Which Brit fighters have you met and what were they like?

Sprott-Spoke in the airport after he got beaten on the Wlad/Chagaev undercard. Top man and a gent, most who spoke to him told him he did well(and he did). Remember lugging in on a phone convo he had after we spoke to him, he was chuffed with himself when he was telling his mate what people were saying.

R.Hatton-Again this was on the Dusseldorf trip for the Wlad/Chag fight. On the Friday night, me and a mate walked into a bar and spotted Hatton and his bald minder drinking the reddest cocktails ive ever seen. Pretty underwhelming experience as he could barely speak. He posed for a couple of photos tho.
Saw him in the stadium the next night at the stadium and he was as fresh as a daisy, joking, posing for photos with fans.

M.Hatton-Saw him declining an old lady an autograph, when i told him he was out of order, he spat at my dog.

I bumped into Michael Gomez at 3am in that Greek Chippy not far from Liverpool Lime Street Station.

"I am sure it was just after his fights with Alex Arthur, and we where both hammered"

While we where waiting for a chip balms to be made, or if i remember right..? We didn't even order them, because we where just chatting.

He asked me..? "If i was a boxer"

I said..."No"

But i told him, that i was a aspiring athlete. I must of only been 17 years old....."I was being very boastfull and stated that i would be in the Olympics"

He was with some fella, who seemed pretty soba. And looked like he was some kind of a minder.......

Something must of happened during his night out, because he was trying to tell me something, which seem to be of great importance! But he was so hammered, i couldn't really understand what he was saying.

When we both received are chips, he asked the fella behind the counter for a piece of paper.

"But they only had, paper bags in which they where putting peoples chip balms in"

Michael Gomez, then told me to write my name down on this paper bag.

"I wrote it down, and also signed my Autograph"....

Then we embraced in a handshake and swapped drunken compliments, his minder or whoever the **** he was seemed somewhat removed from the situation.

I also met Tony Bellew, he walked into my old work. I was greeting people, and just casually said...

"Alright Tony"

He looked at me, abit confused, and just shook my hand.

And said..

"Alright mate"

And just carried on walking, through our gaff.

He seemed abit on edge, to be honest.

But i got a good down to earth vibe from him.

I travelled down to London a few years ago to see him and Donell Jones, what a gig that was.

Not at all pal. Met him once in a club in town, was 'The Ritz' - 'Love Train' night and he was a nob. Spoke to his brother and him, Ricky was answering questions and having a bit of banter, tried getting a laugh out of fat head and he just walked away, even Ricky looked at me embarassed by it.

Met them both again at Manc airport when I was with my Mrs going away. Him, Ricky and Kerry Kayes sat in the bar on the table next to us, we had a bit of a chat with them and I swear down fat head said **** all throughout the whole conversation, I asked if i could have a photo with the 3 of them which they were sound about, althought fat head just grunted. Mrs took the photo, we said thanks and sat back down, looked at the picture and noticed the fat headed gimp had turned around in that split second to look away from the camera. Twat mate.

Yeah fair enough pal, as i've said before each to their own. I take people for how I see them and having met him twice, him being a nob both times, and each time he's on TV he's come across poorly, I came to the opinion I think he's a nob
