Federer 4/6 nice bet to beat Nadal. All over it like a rash me, had £60 on it debating weather to but another £120 on it just got 212 quid tax rebate .

Can't see Federer loosing this in great form and Nadal nowheare near his best at the moment. Looking at their match at the o2 before crimbo Federer smoked him and is still in the great form he showed there.

well i cant see any 4/6 berto anywhere and besides waiting for other bookmakers to go up then just going inside or outside of that price is patently not odds compiling.

He has that mental block in grand slams against him though, not touching it but im cheering on the GOAT, he played some amazing stuff this morning from what i caught of it.

  4. I'd take Federer at 4/6 personally.

Nadal was all but gone in the second set after Berdych broke him, but let it slip, so many unforced errors. After that it was one-way traffic.

It was an example mate. And I work in spreads. So pipe down. Thanks

Not sure 4/6 Fed is great value myself, make it a shade over 8/11 personally. The 02 match you have to discount. It's Fed's best surface nowadays ( fast indoor ) whilst it's Rafa's worst surface. End of year matches are always in favour of Fed as he's the only one of the top players who understands his body and manages to peak at the end of the season. Djok, Rafa & Muz have either played too many tournaments or have niggling injuries come the 02.

Saying that, Fed was fantastic today against DP and Rafa was very poor against Berdych for the first 2 and a half sets until he stepped it up. No value in the match odds for me

If Berdych wasn't such a spastic without a brain and had some sort of game plan rather than just trying to hit the ball as hard as he can he would of beat Nadal in straight sets.

Marky I can see what your saying with the slam thing with Nadal, but I think this moment in time or for the past few months Nadal has been struggling and Federer is playing some of his best tennis for years. I think Federer should win this quite comfortably.

I'm going for the over 2.5 goals in tonights semi final....should be quite open, surprised to see the price actually of 11/10.

Dunfermline seem a bit over priced at out of form Motherwell...5/1
    8/15 just to score.:think

Escobar, very interesting job you have there.

I dont want to ruin your future blogs but what you reckon on Cunningham v Hernandez? Price has closed to both at evens now.

Also you see any value in Huck at 3's. Dont see him winning in a fair fight but also dont see it being fair.

Went with a Guinea, Sheff Wed double at just under 5's, good luck lads.

  13. Yeah I agree.

He was way too heavy handed, from what I saw as well he rushed into the net a bit quick.

My tennis knowledge isn't that great, I'm not sure what his style is but he did seem a bit eager.

I might run with that one, McCall looked depressed when I saw him on Sky News recently.

I think Huck is really good value at 3's myself. Povetkin hasn't looked good in ages, and doesn't have the power to knock Huck out.... though then again he was taught a bit of a lesson by Lebedev and got a gift decision.

Like you say, probably not a fair fight anyway, the outsider is the home fighter too.

If I was pricing it up as a straight bet I'd have Huck at about 2/1. Povetkin isn't that much bigger than him, the only real reservation about Huck is his stamina, but Povetkin isn't going to make him throw 70-80 punches a round and wear himself out.

I thought Povetkin looked sharp and good against a game Boswell. I just don't see any way that Huck could win it.
