Dude, wow... Just stop. Who with any knowledge at all thinks that? It's just silly.. you're debating for the sake if debating, not because it makes any sense

The whole point is that just because some goofball thinks Tyson is better, doesnt mean a thing. Same with rating Floyd higher just because you think he's better. You rate guys on resume and Ali has a far better one than Tyson, and Pacs is superior to Floyds. Whether that is completely FMJs fault is debatable.

Hamed didn't want Floyd back then and Floyd wanted to fight him at a catchweight of 128.

Mosley didn't want Floyd and decided to fight Oscar De La Hoya instead

Floyd called out Casamayor a few times, but could never get the fight

Spadafora was on the table if I'm not mistaken for a little bit and then fell apart. Not sure why though

Tszyu got injured and when he came back went to fight his postponed rematch with Mitchell and then his mandatory in Hatton and lost

    Hatton's people turned that down

Floyd was scheduled to fight Hatton in 2007 when Williams beat Margarito.

Floyd SHOULDN"T have retired at the end of 2007 and fought Cotto, but I'm guessing that fight would have been hard to made based off of Arum.

I guess Floyd could have came out of retirement to fight Margarito, but he lost right away to Mosley so that never happened.

    Pacquiao is scared of needles

It's too bad though that any of these could happen :verysad

I'm talking about the general consensus, what they historians of ths sport record. Look, there's posters who say WLAD is greater then Ali. Does that mean anything in a historical sense? Nope.

I know you're just a dumb kid, still pretty new to boxing. But when you've been watching for 20 years, you can try again.

Exaclty. He's just arguing for the sake of arguing. All he needs is ONE poster to say Tyson is as great as Ali, and then he thinks he made a valid point. :patsch

I would have loved that fight. Two undefeated, cocky fighters. Both in their primes, fast, powerful and slick :smoke

Hamed was a FW in his prime you know. And a MUCH bigger draw then Floyd was then. Don't think Floyd would have gone down to 126, and doubtful Arum would have allowe him to go so low. Floyd fought above 130 several times early in his career before winning his belt at 130.

foreal, would have been great. I think Floyd would give Hamed a flash knockdown in the early rounds also but still make it competive

yeah maybe, floyd knows that he could not switch off at any second! imagine some of the deviating pull counters floyd could land if hamed became more stationary after some massive body shots :hey
